Early January, one of our US clients \u2013 a large IT firm \u2013 awarded us a point of operational excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Obtained as part of a complex audio-video translation project, it reflects the close collaboration between our teams and the clients\u2019s teams. In this particular technical context, we not only worked on providing the target translation, but also improving the source text. This involvement was rewarded by our client on delivery of the project, who felt that we had \u2018exceeded their expectations\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Far from being the result of chance, this point of operational excellence is the product of conscientious work by our linguist team and the flawless organisation of our project managers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This type of award is rare, so it feels even more valuable! Our client submits us to regular and random quality controls in different areas.
